Private Shopping Party

Our Private Prom Appointment is available to make prom shopping more effortless and personalized. We’re confident that you will find your dream gown with over 2,000 prom gown options ranging in sizes 00-34. To book a Bridal Gallery Private Prom Party, we will require a card on file as well as a $100 non refundable booking fee that will be applied to your prom gown purchase. Each party will be an hour and a half to ensure enough time to try on gowns. There are limited dates/ times available. Appointment reservations are for up to 8 girls trying on gowns and at minimum one guardian present during the entire party. We have gowns available off the rack to take home that day or option to order a gown in the size/color you are wanting.

 

The $100 booking fee will be paid at the time of booking; this amount is discounted off your gown when you purchase your gown at your appointment (can not be split between girls). While the vast majority of our shoppers find their dream dress, should you not find a gown at your appointment you will forfeit your booking fee. Our team encourages customers who don’t purchase to not feel like you lost the booking fee because you will have tried on gowns for an hour and a half and will know what colors, styles, and fabrics you like and dislike. With this information, you can best determine which new arrivals suit your style as you are ALWAYS encouraged to come back and see us again!

APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. IF YOU SHOP PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU CANNOT USE YOUR BOOKING FEE ON A GOWN PURCHASED AS A WALK IN.

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time or your fee will not be refunded.

To book your appointment, please call the store at 605-362-9603 and ask for the Prom department or email in at info@bridalgallerysf.com. Appointment time slots will begin at 6pm during the weekday. We will require a card on file at time of booking, name of guardian (who appointment will be under), names of girls attending and school/proms attending for each.
